Hi ppl lets discuss about Filters used in Swimming pool.
The main part of filtration system is the Filter. the commonly used type of filters are SAnd filters and Cartridge type filters.
Sand Filter....Here as the name says we use silica sand and Pea Gravel as a filter media.. As the water is pumped through the filter it passes the sand media and gets cleaned. Sand filter has got many laterals which are the main part of this system. The water gets collected in the filter laterals ...and filnally to multi port valves...let me explain tomorrow..its midni8 12 ..i got office tomoro..gud ni8 sweet dreams all..
